These terms govern your use of Tea, a social media management tool operated by Ever After Books Ltd (United Kingdom), part of The Town Gossip family. By using Tea you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 16 and provide accurate details.

Acceptable use

• You may only connect social accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You will not use Tea to post unlawful, infringing, spam, or abusive content, or to breach any connected platform's own rules.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Tea.

Connected platforms

Tea publishes and reads data via third-party platforms' official APIs (such as Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google) using the access you grant. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, and platform availability or API changes are outside our control.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via our payment processor. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We work to keep Tea running reliably but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from platform outages, API changes, or content you choose to publish.

Termination

You may stop using Tea and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
